General Terms and Conditions of Sale

AXEA

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern all sales made on the AXEA website.
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC by the customer.

1. Brand Presentation

AXEA is a brand specialized in artisanal flower bouquet-shaped blankets, offering cozy comfort and stylish decoration.
Currently, the brand exclusively offers these blankets for personal and home use.

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of AXEA and the customer in connection with the sale of products offered on the website.
They apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded via the site.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the site on the day of consultation by the customer, such as our best-selling Bouquet Blankets.
Each product is subject to a detailed description to inform the customer of its essential characteristics (hand-knitted materials, dimensions, care instructions).
Photographs and visuals are shown for illustrative purposes and are not contractual.

4. Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs.
AXEA reserves the right to modify prices at any time, e.g., €50 for the Bouquet Blanket.
However, the product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation. Shipping costs are displayed before final validation.

5. Order

The customer places the order directly on the AXEA website.
Order validation implies:

  • Acceptance of these GTC
  • Verification of the accuracy of the provided information
  • Full payment of the order
    A confirmation email is sent to the customer after validation.

6. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the site (credit card, Shopify Pay, etc.).
The order is considered final only after full payment is received.
AXEA cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the independent payment service.

7. Delivery

Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 24 to 72 business hours.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are 6 to 10 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier, as stated in our FAQ.
These times are indicative and may vary independently of AXEA's will.

8. Transfer of Responsibility

AXEA's responsibility is engaged until the package is handed over to the carrier.
Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
In case of a damaged or lost package, the customer must contact AXEA promptly at info.axea@gmail.com.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has 30 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, as per our FAQ.

10. Returns and Refunds

Any return must be requested in advance by email to info.axea@gmail.com.
Products must be:

  • In original packaging
  • In perfect condition
    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of error attributable to AXEA. Refunds within 30 days with money-back guarantee.

11. Liability

AXEA cannot be held responsible for:

  • Misuse of the product (e.g., incorrect washing)
  • Individual allergic reactions to materials
  • Delivery delays attributable to the carrier
    The customer must verify product compatibility with their needs, following care instructions (max 30°C, cold water).

12. Personal Data

Information collected during the order is necessary for order management and customer relations.
AXEA undertakes not to share personal data with third parties without consent, in compliance with GDPR.

13. Intellectual Property

All elements on the AXEA site (texts, images, logo, Fresh & Fabulous visual identity) are protected by intellectual property rights.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

14. Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

15. Modification of GTC

AXEA reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time.
The applicable GTC are those in force at the time of the order.
